About the TOD Advisory Council:
With a defined mission
to educate, promote and assist in the implementation of Sacramento
area Transit Oriented Development (TOD), the ULI Sacramento TOD
Advisory Council has sponsored a number of events designed to share
philosophy and best practices in TOD with ULI members, elected
officials, public agency staff, agency commissioners, developers and
others interested in creating change in our communities.

TOD Download Guide
Over time, this page will grow to provide a Download for Transit Oriented
Development (TOD). Below are many Downloads to help implement
and encourage good policy regarding TOD.
Introduction
The purpose of this TOD Download Guide is to make available a series of
documents and web sites to assist local agency staff, developers, and
consultants in the planning and implementation of TOD projects.
